Fighting Illini.com has put the first installment of Inside Pitch online.  SID Ben Taylor interviews OF/DH Casey McMurray.  Among other things, McMurray talks about the Illini defeating then-#12 Coastal Carolina and the upcoming Big Ten opener with Penn State.

Also, Lee Zerrusen continues his beat as the blogger for the team.  In Diamond Notes #5, Big Z talks about the upbeat atmosphere during Spring Break and looking forward to playing at home.
