Congratulations to Josh Parr. He made the All-Star team in the summer Prospect League. He will be representing his Springfield Sliders and will be playing for the West All-Stars.
Parr will be the starting second baseman for the West team. He got the nod on the basis of his speed and ability to get on base. Josh’s 8 stolen bases is tied for the team lead. In addition. Parr has a .360 OBP.
The Prospect League All-Star Game will be played at 7:05 pm on July 15 at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois.
