It’s a new academic year, a new semester and yes, a new baseball season. Now that we have had Fall games for the past few years, we get a sneak preview of what bodes for Spring 2024…
…and I am so stoked!
Illinois baseball has two games scheduled at this point. The first one will be this Thursday at 5:30pm at Illinois Field.
For the fall season, Illinois will take on two of their familiar local rivals. This Thursday, Eastern Illinois come to town led by skipper Jason Anderson who is an Illinois baseball alum.
On September 30, Illinois hosts the Indiana State Sycamores for a Saturday afternoon affair.
Both games are free to attendees.
2023-2024 Roster
In case you missed it, Illinois baseball has posted the new 2023-2024 team roster on its website.
This is especially helpful for me to identify the incoming new players. By my count, there are at least fifteen new players on the team!
