Day 3 of Orange and Blue World Series: Meet some of the new guys

The Blue team defense got the runner out in a pickle that went something like 1-2-5-4.  Glad I wasn’t the scorekeeper.

Today was the last game of Illinois Baseball’s Orange and Blue World Series.  Here are some of the photos I got today.

I thought I’d concentrate a bit on the freshman today since I know it will help me come April.

Thanks to the Illinois Baseball program for putting this series on!  It’s nice to get some baseball action in the fall even for a couple days.

One Comment:

  1. It was great to see you out there today, too! Thanks for covering Monday and Tuesday. The rundown was pretty cool and there were some interesting plays. It was also nice to see some of the alumni there: Willie, Matt M. (see your previous photo), and Brandon Wikoff.
